BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS) are a Waste of Money

The Blackberry Internet Services are offered by all the five cellular Networks in Pakistan . The BIS include data services which provide the user with email services for up to email accounts and Unlimited Internet Browsing . The Charges for the these services vary from Company to Company ,  and so does the quality of the services.
But the services are a waste of money , as the Internet Browsing of HTTP pages has been completely blocked by strict orders from PTA ( Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) . Last year , the famous social-networking site "FACEBOOK" was blocked for a few days due to the opposition to the Blasphemous content on Facebook regarding the Holy Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) .

The Facebook was full of fan pages against Islam , and its followers so it infuriated all the Pakistani's . Wide Protests began all over Pakistan to ban these fan pages and groups . But the founder of Facebook ,Mark Zuckerberg was not keen to delete these pages , so PTA banned Facebook  for a few days . And blocked of all the Blasphemous pages on Facebook , and the site was restored in Pakistan . (In reality these pages still exist today , and more have been created by non-Muslim community worldwide . These can be seen if you sign-in from any server abroad e.g UK,USA.etc).

Unfortunately for PTA , the pages that were blocked were easily accessible from the  "Facebook Mobile " application for Blackberry Handsets , so in order to prevent further protests it has closed the Blackberry Internet Browsing to 90% .  The Blackberry internet services are beyond the access of authorities and intelligence agencies of the country, which poses threats to inhabitant security as being a secret communication tool for rival.

The BIS is only useful for professional use , it is not recommended for the home users as they mostly enjoy the Unlimited Internet Surfing. Therefore , it is better to buy unlocked Blackberry Handsets and use them as a normal phone if you are a Blackberry fan.

Thanks

I would be thankful for your feed back .
